Important information about Online Wills

Why have a Will?

A Will is the best way to ensure your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes after you’re gone. As well as looking after loved ones, you can also leave bequests and gifts, give to charities, ensure the family heirlooms are left in safe hands, record your funeral wishes, and appoint guardians to take care of your children.

Who can use our Online Will System?

If you have simple wishes and want to leave your estate to one special person, or equally between many people, you can use our Online Will System. It’s important also that you are over the age of 18 and that you are using this Will System to make your own document.
