Superannuation Schemes (including Restricted Schemes)
We act as a Licensed Corporate Independent Trustee (Trustee) of restricted superannuation schemes in which we supervise and monitor compliance of these schemes with the terms under the Trust Deed, relevant legislation and ensure appropriate reporting to the FMA.
We hold the underlying assets of the scheme(s) which are delegated to the nominated Custodian (either the Trustee holds the assets or appoints an external Specialist Custodian to hold the assets).
