We supervise and monitor compliance by the debt issuers with their obligations under relevant legislation and the Trust Deed.
We supervise the debt issuers’ financial performance in regard to their obligations as an issuer, ascertaining whether the issuer’s assets are, or are likely to be, sufficient to discharge the debt security when it falls due.
We will register a security interest over the assets of the debt issuer (if required) to protect the investors’ interests.
