We monitor the Trust Manager’s compliance with the obligations under the Master Trust Deed and supporting documents.
We hold the assets of the Trust (including all bank accounts and loans) via a custodian nominee (if required).
We act on the directions of the Trust Manager in relation to the investment, acquisition, and disposal of assets.
We act on instructions of the Trust Manager to make payments and distributions from the bank accounts (to note holders and other counterparties).
