We supervise and monitor compliance by the Managed Investment Schemes (MIS) Manager with its obligations under the Trust Deed, relevant legislation and their MIS Manager licence issued by the FMA.
We hold the underlying assets of the scheme(s) which are delegated to the nominated Custodian (either the Supervisor holds the assets or appoints an external Specialist Custodian to hold the assets).
