Mathew (Matty) is responsible for leading the Trustee’s Group’s People and Culture function, which includes education, recruitment, Recruitment, Health Safety & Wellbeing, Remuneration, Recognition & Benefits, Talent Management, & Workforce Planning. He has more than 9 years of experience in various management disciplines, transitioning from Operations to People and Culture in 2020.

Matty fervently advocates for building self-confidence and self-awareness to “enable people to have better conversations”. With an active interest in neuroscience, Matty is studying towards a PGDipSc. (Psychology).

You will often find Matty actively involved in the front line of the business, listening to our people and advocating incremental change while promoting sustainable leadership models for the modern age of business. We could sum this up as supporting our people to shine.
