A supervisor works within the requirements of various legislation and the documents governing the offer, such as a trust deed.
We actively monitor that the issuer/manager/operator of a supervised entity is performing their duties and obligations in accordance with the trust deed, offer documents and the legislation.
We act in the best interests of investors and aim to deliver a superior client centric and always evolving supervision model, with pragmatic regulatory leadership that protects the interests of investors and provides value add service to our clients.
We remain independent which means we can make unbiased and impartial decisions for the benefit of investors.
