We are one of the largest providers of back office fund administration in New Zealand. Our Member & Investor Services (registry), and Portfolio Services (custody, investment accounting & wrap) provide a complete package of back office solutions to financial services providers including fund managers, banks, iwi, government entities and KiwiSaver providers.

The breadth of our administration capabilities lets us provide considerable synergies and benefits to our clients. In turn, this lets them focus on their core expertise instead of being distracted by having to build and manage a back office operation.

In many instances we act as our clients virtual back office – for example, investors don’t see the Trustees Executors brand, yet we hold over 20% of KiwiSaver member accounts.

Unit Registry

  • Maintain records of investor details including their name, address, date of birth, IRD number and investments
  • Investments are recorded as Units in a Fund or a KiwiSaver Scheme
  • A unit register is the legal record of an investors entitlement to their funds
  • Services that support the administration of KiwiSaver including Inland Revenue B2B  messaging, Member Tax Credits and management of the Transfer process

Reporting and Data Exchange
