Our Managed Fund Registry team can provide the following core services:
- Investor Maintenance and Servicing - Keep and maintain a register of investors and record matters that are required in terms of the trust deed, the Securities Act 1978 or other applicable legislation
- Transaction Processing - Keep full and accurate records of subscriptions, units held by investors, unit prices, income entitlements and all other matters required to be calculated and recorded in terms of the trust deed
- Adviser Maintenance/Servicing
- Payments - Electronic money transfer batches are generated by the registry system and exported to the banking system
- Statements - Prepare and issue to each investor confirmation of the investor’s unit holding
- Reporting
- Remote Access - Provide on-line (internet based) access enabling the client to obtain “read-only” access to the individual registry records relating to the client’s funds and unit holders
