Our clients or their appointed adviser, will liaise solely and directly with Trustees Executors who will attend all trade instructions, settlements and agreed reporting functions. We can service clients in any location worldwide.
 

  Core custodial services includes the provision of:

• Safekeeping - Trustees Executors will hold all assets in the name of one of its nominee companies or use sub-custodians where appropriate.
• Trade Capture - Trustees Executors accept trade instructions via fax, e-mail or hard copy advice. All trades are subject to rigorous trade authorisation processes and are then input into our investment administration system which acts as a control over the settlement process.
• Contract Note Matching - Trustees Executors match and check all client instructions to broker confirmations and liaise with the client and the broker where necessary.
• Trade Settlement - Trustees Executors complete settlements for all commonly traded New Zealand and Australian securities. Trustees Executors also complete settlements for New Zealand and international unitised securities. These are settled directly between Trustees Executors and the respective fund managers/registries. Internationally traded securities are settled via our sub-custodian.
• Corporate Action Management - Trustees Executors provides income collection services, capital structure and proxy notification services.
• Cash Services - For New Zealand short-term cash reserves Trustees Executors provide their clients with a competitive interest earning trust account. This facility provides a convenient and cost effective means for fund managers to maintain and manage fund liquidity.
• Monitoring Cash Balances - Trustees Executors is able to offer the fund managers cash forecasting for all products. Cash forecasting is generally tailored to the managers needs.
• Reconciliations - Trustees Executors reconciles all cash positions on a daily basis with outstanding items rigorously followed up and cleared promptly. All other assets are reconciled at least monthly.
