Rt Hon Jim Bolger, ONZ, Chairman

Rt Hon Jim Bolger was the Prime Minister of New Zealand from 1990 - 1997. During his time as Prime Minister, he was known for transforming the New Zealand economy from having the lowest growth rate among the 29 OECD nations, to having one of the highest.

 

He then served as New Zealand's ambassador to the United States from 1998 until 2002. Well respected nationally and internationally, he was made a member of the Order of New Zealand in 1997, which is New Zealand's highest honour.


A member of the Trustees Executors Board since 2005, he was appointed Chairman in October 2006. He is also Chairman of a number of other Boards including the Gas Industry Company, the International Advisory Board of the World Agricultural Forum, and the NZ/US Council. In addition to these roles, he is also Chancellor of the University of Waikato.

Rob has been with Trustees Executors since 2006 when he was appointed as Acting CFO. Prior to joining Trustees Executors he held senior positions in various large New Zealand Corporate companies. Rob is responsible for Secretarial, Compliance, Information Technology and Applications and manages the wind up of a mortgage book.

Tom has 30 years experience in the financial services industry and has been with the company in a business development and marketing capacity since 1996. He was appointed as Group Executive in November 2005, and is jointly responsible with the Executive Director for the operational and financial management of the company.

Clynton Hardy, JP METI ANZIM, Northern Regional Manager Corporate Trust

Yogesh Mody, BCA (Hons) CA, CFIP, FFin, Southern Regional Manager Corporate Trust

Clynton has had over thirty years in the trustee industry in both Australia and New Zealand including over fifteen years as a professional Corporate Trustee. He joined the Trustees Executors Corporate Trust team at the end of 1991 and is responsible for the management of Corporate Trust appointments in the northern region.

Yogesh has been with the Corporate Trust team in Wellington since 1992. His prior background includes corporate banking roles both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He is responsible for the management of Corporate Trust appointments in the southern region.

Stuart McLaren, BCom, ACA, Financial Controller

Elaine Mosley, Company Secretary

Stuart has over 15 years direct accounting and business administration experience in the service, wholesale and retail industries. He has a further 10 years involvement in product and service development across various industry sectors. Joining Trustees Executors in 2009, Stuart now leads the corporate finance team as well as supporting the business in various financial matters.

Elaine is a solicitor with over 15 years of corporate legal and company secretarial experience in the financial services and IT industries. She joined Trustees Executors in 2011 and is responsible for secretarial, compliance and legal services as well as new estates.

 David Mansfield, Head of Business Development

 

David has over 20 years experience in the financial markets. Prior to joining Trustees Executors he managed the New Zealand arm of a global wholesale custody operation. He joined Trustees Executors in 2008 as Client Services Manager and is now Head of Business Development in our Corporate business area.
